My Client-First Philosophy and a History of Growth Since 1978

My experience as a North County area agent I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

Quick Background

I originally immigrated to America from Switzerland in 1953.  I learned how to speak a relatively "broken" English while participating in every social opportunity available to me.  Including, the Swiss Park where I quickly met my beautiful Swiss bride.  Moving to a quiet Southern California from a rather busy Los Angeles we decided to begin our family in Oceanside, California in 1962.  Watching the area prosper from plenty of new growth and fabulous spacious homes we took advantage of ever increasing good opportunities.  Not only did we raise our four active children, we managed to bring up a family of Saint Bernard's and add to our busy house.  I pursued my Real Estate License in early 1978 and immediately followed up with my own Brokers License in 1984.  I have been involved in North County Real Estate for over 20 years.

I can take pride in my history here in North County and the fond memories I have contributing to its incredible growth.

Best regards,

Al Hollenstein
